The aseptic DELVO-STAR® bags can be stored at a mere -45° C (-49° F). Simply add the culture at a 1% level to pasteurized milk in your starter tank. Wait a short 6 hours, and you’re ready to transfer the tank to your cheese vat. No media. No mess. Less chance for error.
